Times are slow and they're not making money. I was in the business for 7 years - I've seen some real dirty stunts pulled by realtors in tight/competitive markets. It's not at all difficult to check records before trying for a sale (and its a pretty important step there...).
Also, in another possible scenario of realtor error, it's not acceptable to be trying to sell a property and not know where the proper property lines are.
In the future, should you need a realtor, there are plenty more out there to choose from, and you could do an exclusive listing or purchase contract if you so desired.
We've gone through one realtor in both of our dealings. She's always been fair and honest with us.
I'm more worried about the new neighbors than the realtor. The old saying is sooooo true. Good fences make good neighbors.
Elp, on a side note, I was at the jonesville walmart today and saw a bunch of A Christmas Story stockings & decorations. That walmart still has a bunch of christmas stuff left unlike norton's.
If all veggies are free on Subway subs, why aren't veggie-only subs free.. or $0.50 or $1...?
Why is there only a difference of maybe a dollar on a 6" veggie vs a 6" turkey? Does the bread cost that much more than meat?
